The Fix It Man labor rates are $80 per hour.

Project estimates that require less than 1 hour is free. However, projects that require more than 1 hour to determine an estimate will be billed at the normal hourly rate.

The Fix It Man values its employee's time and one way of demonstrating this is that employees are paid for their time to drive to and from a project site. This expense is included as part of the total labor cost for a project.

If the cost for materials or a sub-contractor increases more than 5% between the approved estimate and when the costs are actually incurred, the amount over 5% may be added to the final project cost.
